Alignment with Values
Events must uphold the spirit of the yamas (non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, and non-possessiveness) and niyamas (purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, and surrender). Activities promoting mindfulness, wellness, and compassion are encouraged.
Respect for the Space

Ensure no damage is caused to the premises or equipment.

Noise and Conduct

Respect neighbouring spaces by keeping noise levels appropriate.

All facilitators and participants must adhere to respectful and inclusive behaviour.
Booking and Payments

Bookings require a deposit to secure the date.

Full payment must be made prior to the event.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may forfeit the deposit.
Health and Safety

Facilitators are responsible for ensuring the safety of participants.

No substances (e.g., alcohol, smoking) that conflict with yogic principles are permitted.
Insurance and Responsibility

Facilitators must provide evidence of public liability insurance.

The venue is not liable for injuries or loss during the event.
