SOUND TEMPLE
Sunday 7th June 4.30 - 6.30pm
Join us for a deeply restorative sound healing experience through breath, mantra, and music.
You’ll be immersed in an expansive live sound journey featuring mantra, voice, singing bowls, and live instrumentation, with sacred sounds woven together through breath into a profound meditative experience.
Designed to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide you into a deeply connected state, this offering is more than a sound bath - it is a carefully held sonic journey created to nourish the body, soften the heart, and invite deep rest and renewal.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be carried by breath, vibration, music, mantra, and presence.
This experience is guided as a live musical journey. Drawing from their backgrounds as musicians and facilitators, Nadav Kahn and Joey DeRusha create an immersive sonic landscape through voice, harmonium, singing bowls, clarinets, flutes, guitar and ambient synths, weaving together an experience that is both deeply meditative and profoundly alive.
YOGA & PINS
Wednesday 24th June 6.30pm -8pm
Join Mathew Goss and Eileen Hall for an evening of restorative yoga with acupuncture — a gentle, deeply supportive experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Mathew brings over 20 years of experience as an advanced acupuncture practitioner, working thoughtfully and skilfully with people from all walks of life.
Eileen has been a respected yoga teacher in Sydney for more than 40 years, known for her steady presence and depth of understanding.
Together, they’ve created a practice that is calming, accessible, and open to everyone — no matter your level of experience. As you rest in carefully supported restorative postures, acupuncture will work quietly to encourage balance and ease within the body.
Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more fully integrated — with a sense of spaciousness that stays with you long after the session ends. We would love to share this experience with you.
KIRTAN & SOUND HEALING
With Nadav, Gita and Guan
Sacred Sounds Of India: Kirtan, Sarangi & Sound Healing
Sat, 13 June | Om House, Bondi
Immerse yourself in the sacred music of India through a rare collaboration between eighth-generation sarangi master Sangeet Mishra, Sydney’s beloved kirtan artists Geeti & Gyan (Sound Samadhi), and award-winning sacred musician Nadav Kahn.
This evening weaves together mantra, kirtan, and the deeply expressive voice of the sarangi — an instrument known for its haunting, human-like tone.
