Yoga & Pins
with Eileen Hall & Matthew Goss
Wednesday 25th March
6.30pm to 8pm
$35.00
An evening of restorative yoga with acupuncture — a gentle, deeply supportive experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Mathew brings over 20 years of experience as an advanced acupuncture practitioner. Eileen has been a respected yoga teacher in Sydney for more than 40 years. Together, they’ve created a practice that is calming, accessible, and open to everyone — no matter your level of experience.
As you rest in carefully supported restorative postures, acupuncture will work quietly to encourage balance and ease within the body.
Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more fully integrated — with a sense of spaciousness that stays with you long after the session ends.

Mantrathon
with Edo & Nadav Kahn
Monday 6th April
4pm to 6pm
Mantrathon is a meditative practice of continuous mantra chanting for 108 minutes facilitated by Nadav, with special guest Edo and accompanied by Pandit Shankara. Sustained repetition of mantra allows the mind to soften, the nervous system to settle and awareness to naturally expand. The evening will be a steady flow of vibrationally aligned sound. A form of deep meditation held in community, supporting heart opening, balance, and restoration.
