A Mysore-style class is one of the most effective and supportive ways to begin your journey with Ashtanga Yoga. In this setting, students receive individual instruction within a quiet group environment, allowing you to learn at your own pace with personal guidance every step of the way.
There’s no need to memorise the sequence before you begin — that’s what the Mysore method is for. You’ll be introduced to the practice gradually, learning each posture one by one in a clear, structured progression. This approach helps you build confidence, develop a solid foundation, and internalise the practice over time.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or transitioning from another style, the Mysore class offers a welcoming and accessible way to begin your Ashtanga practice.
Led classes each week for those with yoga experience wanting to learn the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series sequence. There is no need to book. Please advise the teacher if you have any health conditions or injuries.
