"At YogaMoves, we are dedicated and committed to teaching the Ashtanga Yoga method."
Ashtanga Yoga practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the student to a vibrantly healthy body and mind. The emphasis is on the sequencing and linking of the breath and movement which helps to develop concentration, heat, flexibility and strength.
Each posture is a preparation for the next, developing the strength and balance required to move further into the practice.
The uniqueness of the MYSORE class is the student receives one on one tuition where necessary. As the student develops an understanding of the practice more postures are introduced.
This benefits beginners who may need more attention and the advanced who have the opportunity to develop a practice independent of the teacher.
