Classes meet at the following times:
Monday to Thursday 6.00am thru to 11.30am
Friday 6am thru to 9am,
Monday to Friday 5pm thru to 7.30pm
Sunday 7.00 am thru to 10am. 4.30pm led class. 
                                                                   
Sunday 4.30pm is an instructed class.
All other classes are in the Mysore style of teaching.
